How does Email Tracking work in attachedCustomers?

Your firm administrator will need to enable and set up the parameters used by attachedapps to detect which emails you wish to track in the Email tab for your company's customer records. 

Once that is done and as long as the subject line of an Email exchange contains the format that is configured for the application it will get filed for you in the Email tab of the customer record.

 

Here's a sample of an email profiled for a customer with parameters set to "(ID: XXXX)":
